1April 20th, 2013 - Saturday saw the team headed to Battleground Speedway (Highland, Texas) for a $2,500-to-win, P&W Sales Super Late Model event. Unfortunately hauler issues on the way to the race forced them to turn around and head to Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, Louisiana). Since Ray arrived after the close of registration he had to start on the tail of a heat race with no passing points. He would go on to earn the ninth starting spot for the main event, and on a track that lended itself to little passing he would manage to advance five spots to a fourth place finish.

1April 13th, 2013 - Ray made the short trip to Boothill Speedway (Greenwood, Louisiana) on Saturday evening as the track welcomed the Super Late Model division back to the facility for weekly action. A strong field of twenty-one entries were on hand for the event, and struggles in heat race action left him starting twelfth on the grid for the main event. Despite starting deep in the field Ray charged through the field to a third place finish behind race winner, Jeff Chanler, and Jon Mitchell. Full results from the event are available at

1April 6th, 2013 - Ray Moore set out to enter a pair of $10,000-to-win, Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) events over the weekend. Mother Nature intervened on Friday night by nixing the racing program at Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi).

On Saturday evening the action moved to Lone Star Speedway (Kilgore, Texas) for another $10,000-to-win, LOLMDS program. Thirty-nine Super Late Models were on hand for the event, and a heavy and rough track greeted the competitors. After qualifying eleventh fastest in his group Moore was slated to start sixth in the first heat race, but elected to scratch from the remainder of the event to save his equipment from the rough conditions.
