September 27th, 2014 - After more than a month away from the track, Ray Moore returned to action on Saturday night at I-30 Speedway (Little Rock, Arkansas) for the final event on the 2014 slate for the COMP Cams Super Dirt Series (CCSDS) presented by Lucas Oil.

The $2,500-to-win program drew a field of thirty Super Late Models to the 1/4 mile oval, and a third place finish in his preliminary heat race positioned Ray starting ninth in the 40 lap finale. Moore raced inside the top ten before being involved in a melee and retiring to a disappointing sixteenth place finish.
